Developed, tested and documented G-code programs for six CNC
machining centers used for machining cast iron boiler sections and
punching sheet metal parts. Horizontal machining centers: Okuma
MC-50H with OSP-5000M-G control, LeBlond-Makino MC-86 with Fanuc 15M
control, and Cincinnati-Milacron Maxim 630 with Acramatic 950
control. Sheet metal punch presses: Amada Aries 245 Auto Index
Thick Turret with Amadan O4PA control, Amada Aries 245 Thin Turret
with Amadan O4PA control, and Amada Pega 344 Thick Turret with Fanuc
6M control. Monitored the tool and lubricant inventory for all six
CNC machining centers. Contacted vendors and service
representatives for all tooling and service needs.
