Things To Do After Submission

Please follow the below instructions
a. Print application acknowledgement page
Print a copy of the application acknowledgement page, take note of the application reference number. You will need the
application reference number and your passport number when contacting MPA regarding the application.

b. Application fee
For the application to be processed, please pay SGD$25.00 non-refundable application fee to MPA.

You may choose one of the following payment methods:

a) Bank transfer (Preferred Mode)

Please include Application Reference Number on your bank transfer.
All bank charges (Overseas and Local) to be borne by the paying party
Please email to coc@mpa.gov.sg the transaction details once the payment is made.

b) Bank draft or crossed cheque payable to 'Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore' and post it to:

Or
c) Pay at MPA service counter by NETS, Visa/Mastercard at the appointed time.

Note: For your application to be processed, please make the payment within 1 month. If there is no payment received after 1
month period, the application will be cancelled.

c. Please submit pending documents stated in the below.

documents. Any outstanding documents should be submitted via email to coc@mpa.gov.sg or submitted at MPA's office.

Application Fee and Deadline

1. For Marinet users those who subscribed to AAF, the charges are included in the AAF Scheme. Separate bills will not be
issued
2. For Marinet users those who are not subscribed to AAF scheme, the application will be charged to the billing account number
as stated in the online application, No payment should be made via counter at MPA
3. For Individuals, please pay a non-refundable application fee to the address below

Note: Original documents should not be sent by post. Payment should be made in Singapore dollars only. Bank draft or crossed
cheque should be made payable to 'Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore'. Do not send cash. Proof of posting is not proof of
delivery.
