 Abstract.
Background Information.
Today, we have advanced from the conventional methods that we used in the past to carry out daily
activities ranging from ploughing in fields using machines and vehicles than animals, freight elevators
to carry weight among others. However these advances are still prone to mishaps, causing a large
scale accident.

Statement of Problem.
Due to the increased risky environment we survive in, the chances of an accident occurring are
greatly increased. We cannot prevent an accident from occurring however, we can prepare in order
to efficiently and effectively mitigate its effects.

Proposed Solution.
The proposed solution to the problem stated above is development of a database system that
contains up to date information regarding all the emergency services, relevant to the specific region
that are required by the people living in Kenya. Examples of accidents may include: road accident,
forest fires, vehicle collision among others. Any person ca be able to contact the Emergency
Response Teams through the App. Moreover it contains details about police stations for report of an
accident that may be related to a crime.
