Competitors: Teachmint, ODA Class, eduZilla, SkoolApp, Classplus
USP: Intelligent analysis of past records of students and create/assign them tutorials,
assignments tasks according to each students ability. This enhances the confidence of each
student and promote a healthy learning environment.
Competition analysis:
EDUZILLA:
This is a institute management platform. The company is based out of mumbai, and the
product provides a basic ERP/ institute management functionalities offered as SAAS. it can:
Manage the entire student life cycle - from lead generation, cold calling, enquiry,
admission and fee management
It can provide admission management to the institute
It also provides support for online assessments and phone support as well. It can
also be installed as an android app.
Negatives: it is a basic CRM application and the UI/UX are basic
SkoolApp: this is also a school management software, with web and desktop applications.
It can support smart study, student fees, the expense management system, admission
management system, the school bus tracking etc.
For the teachers- the app provides option to send the daily class notes, take attendance,
setup parent teacher meeting, class scheduling and exam scheduling.
The downsides are actually the basic ERP structure and the basic UI/UX. Also the app is
targeting small schools and institutions
OdaClass: it is a learning management system/ content management system. It houses pre
recorded as well as live class sessions and the students can subscribe to the sessions. We
couldn’t find the details on other modules such as the assessment or student management
like attendance, grades etc
Teachmint: this is one of the most complete academic management modules available for
the schools and such enterprises. They have content management platform for the classes,
then there is the class scheduler, evaluation modules which contains the assessment part
etc. The modules for the teacher- parent interaction, teacher grading etc are under
construction for them.
This doesn’t have the other campus management requirements such as the school bus
management, the fee management etc. Also admission management is also not a part of the
system currently which makes the student lifecycle system a little incomplete.
