    The Piglet Man


    Once upon a time, years ago there was a tale of the piglet man named Steven. Steven

    would live in hidden dirt holes where no one could find him in the woods. He was given the

    name “The Piglet Man” because he was born with a pig nose and was super ugly with yellow

    curly hair. The piglet man was not a normal person he was a monster who would only come out

    on Halloween. All the children were told to stay away from the woods on Halloween because it

    was the day, he would come out to hunt and drink the blood of little children. Everyone believed

    in the piglet man expect for Alissa and her best friend Ruby who were both nine-year-old fourth

    graders.

    It was October 30, 2002, the day before Halloween. Alissa and Ruby were telling their

    classmates at school that they were going to head to the woods on Halloween night and prove to

    everyone that the piglet man was not real. Everyone thought they were crazy for not believing in

    the monster that ate children. Alissa and Ruby did not care what their classmates said and went

    on with their day. The next morning, they went to school and told their classmates to follow

    them and watch from a distance as they would go in the woods to prove that the piglet man was a

    fake. The students agreed to meet up with Alissa and Ruby at the woods at 6pm later that day. As

    time went by Alissa and Ruby started feeling a little nervous but they couldn’t back out because

    everyone was coming out to see how brave they were. When six o’clock came everyone from

    their class were waiting by the woods. Alissa and Ruby turned to look at everyone then faced the

    woods. As they stepped foot on the dirt of the woods nothing happened for the first five minutes.

    They turned around and said, “you see guys it was all a lie”. Then suddenly, they started hearing

    squealing noises. The squealing got louder and louder by the second. Then a horrendous funky

    smell came through the woods and made all the children feel dizzy in an instant. A big green

    man with yellow curls, a spider on his head, and a pig nose came rushing out of the woods. At

    that moment Alissa and Ruby knew that was their last day alive. The piglet man killed and drank

    the blood of all the children including Alissa and Ruby. The next morning the children were

    found laying on the floor dead.

    In the end, the woods were fenced with electrical wiring, and no one was allowed to ever

    step foot on the woods especially on Halloween night. That was the last kill that the piglet man

    ever did. Now all that’s left is the echoing squealing from the woods on Halloween night.
