 INTRODUCTION

In this project for developing an online pharmacy store

using a java foundation focus of the project is to build and
online pharmacy store platform that can work efficiently as
a user can order the medicine on the online platform of
pharmacy store and also get the medicine at any location as
per user. And see the details of all medicine on platform

Existing System:

If the customer goes to the shop and purchases the

medicine required. So a lot of time is wasted and the person
gets tired. If he wants to exchange the product, once again
he goes to the shop and replaces them. Also the system is
base on high amount of paper work.The complete process
depends on the physical interactions.

Need for System:

In this online pharmacy store costumer can login first and fill the details
and order the medicine as per the given doctor prescription and get order
confirm by the confirmation of order system generated a bill and also the
user can save medicine in cart for the reminder and get the delivery as per
given location .On the other hand admin can check the stock of medicine

It is coded in Java with MySQL server database.

In this user can order at any location in the affordable cost.
Since the online pharmacy store it eliminates several hours of costumer
user. Along with a significant reduction in costumer important time.

Scope of Work:
The scope of our project online pharmacy store save the time of costumer to
buy the medicine on the shop make easy for user to use online pharmacy
store to buy a different types of medicine on single platform. Provide this
type of facility to user by this online pharmacy store platform

Modules/ Functionalities:
 Customer Module: In the customer module, fill the details of
customer.
 Order And Cart Module: In that all types of order has been placed
by the costumer and select the medicine in the cart.
 Delivery and payment: In that all the medicine order to be delivered
on the costumer given location. All the details are to be held in
delivery module, In the payment module all type of payments of the
medicines order had been done.
 Stock module: In that all the stock of medicine has been noted in
particular way and if the medicines has been left only few then it will
send a top up message on the screen of admin in a stock module

Proposed System:
In the Proposed system admin can keep the all the record of medicine and
user can order the medicine on the online pharmacy store platform

Feasibility Study:
A feasibility analysis involves a detailed assessment of the need, value and
practicality of a proposed enterprise, such as systems development. The process of
designing and implementing record keeping and buying the medicine on the systems
has significant accountability and resource implications for an organization. Feasibility
analysis will help you make informed and transparent decisions at crucial points during
the developmental process to determine whether it is operationally, economically and
technically realistic to proceed with a particular course of action.

Technical Feasibility:

Technical feasibility centers around the existing computer system

(hardware, software, etc.) and to what extend it can support the proposed
addition. For example, if the current computer is operating at 80 percent
capacity – an arbitrary ceiling – then running another application could
overload the system or require

Economic Feasibility:

Economic analysis is the most frequently used method for evaluating the

effectiveness of a candidate system. More commonly known as cost benefit analysis,

the procedure is to determine the benefits and savings that are expected from a

candidate system and compare them with costs. If benefits overweigh costs, then the

decision is made to design and implement the system. Otherwise, further justification

or alterations in the proposed system will have to be made if it is to have a chance of

being approved. This is an ongoing effort that improves in accuracy at each phase in

the system life cycle.

Objectives of System:

It is a standard that ensures. innovation among the system, to the benefit like easy to

command and time saver also one more advantage in terms of cost and service quality.
The proposed system is acceptable to users. So, the proposed system is operationally
feasible.
