5 Examples of Public rights.

1. People can visit any public park and no one can restrict them from visiting public
parks or gardens.
2. People can vote and no one can restrict them from voting.
3. No building or factory constructed should be obstructing rays of sunlight restricting
people from having their source of vitamin D.
4. People i.e adults cannot be restricted from working or engaging into any productive
employment.
5. People i.e children between the age group of six years to fourteen years cannot be
restricted to get their education.

5 Examples of Private Right

1. Any adult can enter into contract and no one can restrict them.
2. No one can invade someone’s privacy or try to force them to do something that may
violate his or her privacy.
3. A person cannot be deprived of property by the government without fair procedures
as a citizen owes his or her private property.
4. A person cannot be restricted to receive compensation for false imprisonment or
defamation
5. No one can take the possession of any property or land or money or interfere with his
or ownership of property or land or money.
