CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE CHARGES

To ini�ate booking cancella�on, please log in to the ixigo Flights app and visit the 'My Trips' sec�on.
Please note that in case of booking cancella�on both the airline and ixigo will charge a cancella�on fee. The airline cancella�on fee may
vary depending on the dura�on before flight departure. ixigo will charge a cancella�on fee of Rs.300 per passenger, per flight/sector.
A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled on ixigo, up to 5 hours prior to the flight departure. If you want to cancel or reschedule your
flight within 5 hours of its departure �me, kindly contact the airline partner directly.
ixigo will receive any refund claims arising due to cancella�on or delay of the flight due to the airline. In the event that the airline does not
refund the amount to ixigo, we shall not be held liable.
When a cancella�on is made in case of a layover flight or a connec�ng flight booking, all the flight bookings (for that journey) will be
cancelled, i.e no par�al cancella�on will be allowed. Also, flights booked under a single PNR (in case of cancella�on), will be cancelled
together.
In case of booking cancella�on, the refund (if applicable) will be refunded to your bank account or the original mode of payment within 7
days.
If the flight is cancelled or in case of a 'No Show', please ini�ate your refund request via ixigo.
