Hello dear chef,

I’m Luis Rivas, i am writing you because i need and advice about how to cook my
favorite dish, wich is seafood soop. ¡Thats my favorite dish! and is really delicious.
The thing is that i actually coocking it with my own receipe and i love it, but, i think
my receipe lack something end thats why i’m sending you this mail, i need an
advice from you, i Heard that you are a really great seafood chef and maybe you
gimme a Little help telling me what else i need to add to my receipe.
This is the way that i’m doing it and these are the components fo my receipe:
Receipe Components:
1) 1 ½ pounds fo srimps
2) 1 pound of chopped catfish
3) ½ pound of crab meet
4) ½ pound of octopus
5) ½ pound os shellfish
6) ½ pound of red tomatos
7) 2 onions
8) 2 cream of seafood
Way to prepare it:
Put 4 litters of wáter in a big pot, let de wáter boil with enough fire, liquefy the
tomatos and the onions together.
Add the srimps, the chopped catfish, the crab meet, trhe octopus and the shellfis in
the boiling wáter. Add the blended tomatoes and onions, add salt salt at you wish
and if you want add a Little quantity of spicy.
Let the wáter boil for about 45 minutes and than take the pot off fire. Ready enjoy
your “Caldo de Mariscos”
