Message from the Guest Editors

Guest Editors Dear Colleagues,

This special issue is related to International Conference on Advanced
Prof. Dr. Jong Wan Hu Materials, Structures and Mechanical Engineering (ICAMSME)
Department of Civil and Conference, and only the presented Proceedings at ICAMSME
Environmental Engineering, conference are selected for submission of papers at a later date. The
Incheon National University, ICAMSME is an annual conference aimed at presenting the current
12-1, Songdo-dong, research being carried out in the fields of materials, structures, and
Yeonsu-gu, Incheon 406-840, mechanical engineering. The idea of the conference is for scientists,
Korea scholars, engineers, and students from universities, research institutes,
and industries all around the world to present their ongoing research
jongp24@inu.ac.kr activities. Special Issue papers can only be accepted through
conference paper submission. It is envisaged that this conference will
allow for the free exchange of ideas and challenges among
Prof. Dr. Junwon Seo participants and encourage future collaboration between members of
Department of Civil and these groups. The conference will also foster cooperation among
Environmental Engineering, organizations and researchers involved in the merging fields and
South Dakota State University, provide in-depth technical presentations with abundant opportunities
Brookings, South Dakota, for individual discussions with the presenters.
