(€) The Lessee had also paid an interest free security deposit of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to the Lessor in terms of Lease Agreement dated 07.02.2022 which will be kept refundable deposit with the Lessor by way of interest free security deposit for use and enjoyment of the Lessee in respect of ground floor of the said premises in terms of this Lease Agreement.
