AG. Marg, Cf + i(b) The Lessor herein under a Lease Agreement executed on 7 th Febuary,
2022 had leased out the Ground floor (4 nos bed room, 1 no kitchen & 2
nos toilets) to the Lessee for a period of approximate 3 (three) years
w.e-f, 06.02.2022 in consideration of a monthly rental of Rs.12,000/-
(Rupees Twelve Thousand only) including electricity, water, regular
maintenance and other charges.
(€) The Lessee had also paid an interest free security deposit of Rs.30,000/-
(Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to the Lessor in terms of Lease Agreement
dated 07.02.2022 which will be kept refundable deposit with the Lessor by
way of interest free security deposit for use and enjoyment of the Lessee
in respect of ground floor of the said premises in terms of this Lease
Agreement.
Accordingly, the Lessor and Lessee hereby covenant to the specified terms of this Lease
Agreement, as follows:
1. The monthly rental for the ground floor of the said premises will be Rs.12,000/-
(Rupees Twelve Thousand only) including electricity, water, regular maintenance and
other charges payable within 15" day of every succeeding month, inclusive of GST,
Municipal rates & taxes and the maintenance charges thereof for a further period of
3 (three years) w.e.f 07" Feb 2022.
2. The interest free security deposit of Rs.30,000)- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) will
be Kept refundable deposit with the Lessor by way of interest free security deposit
for use and enjoyment of the Lessee in respect of ground floor of the sald premises
in terms of this Lease Agreement and refundable in the manner as agreed to.
