The Power Circuit is identified by

heavy gauge wiring. The circuit
conducts power from the
batteries though the controller to
the motor.

Be sure that all connectors are

clean and tight. Loose
connections will result in over
heating.

SOLENOID Be sure the controller is in good

250 Ω contact with the heat sink.

Be sure that the two lighter gauge

36 VDC wires to F1 and F2 are clean and
BATTERY PACK the Faston connectors are tight.
