which represents the last installment/payment for the purchase of a parcel of

_____ (_____) square meters more or less, from date hereof and until fully
paid in accordance with the mode of payment indicated hereunder to wit:

The amount of (Php 3,500,000.00) shall be paid by Philippine Saving (PS)

Bank through the proceeds of the loan we have applied from them to finance the
acquisition of the above-mentioned property.

That in the event PS Bank fails to pay the amount herein stated and the
title of the above-mentioned property is already transferred in our names, we
hereby PROMISE to pay ___________ the full amount in cash, under the
terms and conditions most favorable to her.
