2.0 Administration:
Asst Project Manager/Team Leads/ H.R. – for Short listing, recruitment,
Selection & Placement of Jr. Cad Engineers and Trainees in Production

4.0 Interviews are conducted as per the schedule and the rating are
finalized as per the format in Attachment 6.5
4.1 The candidates are short listed for the posts. Reference
checks
are made through (as per Attachment-6.6). This reference
checks are to
be conducted only for level VI to VIII.
4.2. Offer letter is issued indicating terms of joining
(Attachment 6.7).Upon
the communication of acceptance of offer of appointment
issue
Appointment Letter is issued (Attachment 6.8).
4.3. All the documents and testimonials submitted by candidate
are checked for authenticity. Following are the list of
documents to be
collected at the time of joining.
4.3.1 Experience certificate and relieving letter from
previous
employer.
4.3.2 Salary Certificate /form 16 / Copy of pay slip.
4.3.3 All photocopies of certificates from X class onwards.
4.3.4 Five Passport size Photo graphs.
5.0 Walk-in- Interview: On any day any one can walk in to the
company, and preliminary interview is conducted. This will add to
the application data bank. If found suitable the candidate will be
recruited as per the policy.
