Against the motion

Unceasing silence for those who are facing traumatic events destroying the substaining bonds
between individual and community. Those who have survived learn that their sense of self, of
worth, of humanity, depends upon a feeling of connection with others. The solidarity of a group
provides the strongest protection against terror and despair, and the strongest antitode to
traumatic experience.

Having captured the land of afganistan, taliban wants to get legitimacy at home and recognition
internationally. The jihadist group has used every terrorist tactic and brutality along the way but
now wishes to be acknowleged and accepted as an ostensibly new and improved outfit that
respects life and liberty.
