to develop your company in Human Resources Department as Human Resources Manager.
I graduated from University of Sumatera Utara (USU) in 2008 with a Bachelor Degree in
Management Department (Faculty of Economy) with GPA 3.31.
I have 10 years of working experience in hospitality industry. The last 7 years of my carreer is in
Human Resources Department. I worked as a teller in Bank Mandiri in 5 (five) different
branches in Medan from 2009 until 2010.
From 2011, I worked as a Cost Controller Assistant in Hermes Palace Hotel (now a **** 4-star
hotel) manage by Bencoolen at Jln. Pemuda No.22 Medan and since 2013 promoted to be
Human Resources Supervisor (Responsible for the whole Human Resources Department) in
Human Resources Department and got another promotion to be an Asst. Human Resources
Manager and my latest position is a Human Resources Manager until October 2020.
