certain industries?
ANSWER
Because of the consumer value chain, where manufacturing is time-consuming, non-
specialized, and needs low fixed costs, the industries value chain affects labor conditions. As a
consequence, employees have been put through hardship. When employees' health and safety
is put at risk, there are several incidents that lead to mishaps.

2. How could stake holders positively contribute in improving working conditions?


ANSWER
Worker’s health and safety may be improved by include all aspects of CSR, such as social
protection and a healthy working environment, and this can include labor rights for everyone.
In addition, they must pay their workers fairly, guarantee their employment, and adhere to the
same ethical standards as any other business.

ANSWER
In terms of ethics, we define ethical consumption as following a set of ethical standards and
principles while making a purchasing decision. We believe that sustainable consumption, which
