ANNOUNCEMENT ON PERMISSION FOR FULLY VACCINATED TOURISTS AND TRAVELLERS ENTERING TO. THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA WITHOUT QUARANTINE, With reference to the announcement No. 499 dated 14th November 2021 of the Ministry of Health and Inter Ministerial Commission to Combat Covid-19, the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of ‘Cambodia has the great honor and delighted to inform tourism associations, private sectors, international tourists and travelers that starting from 15th November 2021, the Royal Government of Cambodia has permitted international tourists and_ foreign travelers entering Cambodia without quarantine but must comply with the below guidelines: 1), International tourists and travelers with fully COVID-19 vaccinated entering Cambodia by Air, Land and Water through international gateways must have: = Legitimate certificate or fully COVID-19 vaccination card = Legitimate certificate of negative COVID-19 (PCR Test) for 72 hours prior departure to Cambodia from its respective country. + Take COVID-19 (Rapid Test) upon arrival and need to wait between 15 to 20 minutes for the result. If the result shown negative COVID-19, they are free to travel throughout Cambodia without regional restriction, provinces, cities and quarantine, 2), International tourists and travelers that have not been vaccinated and traveling to Cambodia must take the (PCR Test) upon arrivals and undertake the quarantine of 14 days. 3), For the fully COVID-19 vaccinated travelers who are currently in quarantines, centers, hotels, and homes nationwide that have proven negative COVID-19, they are permitted to leave from 15th November 2021 onward. ‘The Ministry of Tourism has the honor to inform you that Cambodia has vaccinated against Covid-19 for more than 88% of its 16 million population, meanwhile the boosting doses have also been inoculated, along with vaccinating campaign for the children 5 years of age. ‘The success of nationwide vaccination campaign has created the herd immunity which allows Cambodia to fully reopen its socio-economy activities including tourism industry. At the present, domestic tourist movements have been made possible nationwide with safety and joy.
