ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

I, hereby acknowledge receipt the sum of SIX HUNDRED THIRTY

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 630,000.00) ONLY paid in cash by MRS. as
partial payment of the agreed contract price of contruction of
residential house at Block 12 Lot 11, DiamondCrest, Brgy. San
Manuel, San Del Monte City, Bulacan.

The said amount represents the 30% of the total contract price
which is TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 2,150,000.00). The remaining balance shall be paid by Mrs.
Andres on a Progress billing basis or as per work accomplishment.
