ABSTRACT
The study entitled Effect of Organizational Culture and Locus of Control Against
Skills Impact on Employee Performance PT Dalle Utama Teknik Nusantara, the
purpose of the study to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Locus
Of Control on Performance, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and
Locus Of Control on skills, for determine the effect on performance skills and to
determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Locus of control, skill against
employee performance PT Dalle Utama Teknik Nusantara. The research method
using explanatory. The results showed a positive effect on organizational culture
performance PT Dalle Utama Teknik Nusantara. The magnitude of the direct
influence of organizational culture on the performance variable that is equal to
26.2%. This means that with a strong organizational culture can create a good
performance. The survey results revealed that the locus of control variable positive
effect on employee performance PT Dalle Utama Teknik Nusantara. The magnitude
of the direct effect of locus of control variables on the performance that is equal to
30.7%. This means that the locus of control that management can create both good
performance. Skills positive effect on employee performance PT Dalle Utama
Teknik Nusantara. The amount of influence on the performance skills variable that
is equal to 13.76%. This means that if the employee skills can be improved then
create a good performance. The survey results revealed that organizational culture
variables, locus of control and skill have a significant effect on employee
performance PT Dalle Utama Teknik Nusantara. The magnitude of the influence of
organizational culture variables, locus of control and skill to the performance by
70.1%. This means that with a strong organizational culture and management are
good Locus of control can create a good performance through adequate skills
possessed by employees.
