Objectives:
At the end of the activity, the students should be able to:
1. Evaluate fats and oils available at home.
2. List the uses of fats and oils in cooking and food preparation.
3. Explain the importance of fats and oils in cooking and food preparation.

Procedures:
1. Observe oil/oils available at home. Describe their characteristics on the space below.
2. Place some of the oil inside the refrigerator for one hour. Describe the changes.

Record your observation of the oils before and after placing them inside the refrigerator on the
space provided. What can you say about the oils? Attach photos of before and after.
