“A BARANGAY RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EXPANDED

LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION,
BARANGAY STO. CRISTO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF USON, AND PROVIDING
ASSISTANCE, THEREFORE”

WHEREAS, Sto. Cristo Elementary School, Uson North District, Division of Masbate
Province will implement limited face-to-face in their school.

WHEREAS, all learners who will participate in the limited face-to-face classes shall have
written consent from their parents, and its classes will be half day for 5 (five) days to provide quality
education to their learners.

WHEREAS, The Municipal Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of
Emerging Infection Disease shall ensure the safety and well-being of learners by conducting
monitoring during limited face-to-face and issuance of health protocols depending on the prevailing
situation in the municipality.

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of Hon. Wenefreda G. Capellan, duly seconded by

Lolita Maloloy-on and encurred in by all members present, BE IT:
 RESOLVED, as it is resolved, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to all agencies
concerned, for their information and guidance.
