We calculated remuneration for the job role provided by top management after a thorough

approach. We have settled on a basic wage of $100,000 each year. By analysing the median base pay
statistics of Harvard Business School (HBS), class of MBA 2005, and evaluating the wage range
among Whole Health's full-time employees, we came to this conclusion.

We learned that we had 10,000 shares available for sale at $2.70 per share. After a year of work, we
would want to purchase shares at the current stock price without any restrictions. We would want a
$20,000 performance bonus (20% of basic income) plus a 15% relocation allowance because this is
first job and need to relocate to a different place. Aside from that, we would want to take use of the
company's normal fringe benefits and insurance advantages, such as a pension and profit-sharing
plan for the future.

As approved by the management, we are accepting the stipend of $5000 for continuing education.
For dues and licensures we would like to opt for the approved budget of $5000 as well.
