The goal of HRM is to deliberate the content of the HRM moral evaluation process through the

fivefold “A” stages, namely: awareness, acceptance, authenticity, alignment, and action. It has
two levels, labas and loob. The stages suggest that it is a continual cycle where individuals from
the family progressively learn starting with one moral choice then onto the next to be more
mature in their everyday moral-social-spiritual life activities and experiences and relationships.

The goal of HRM is to evaluate chosen home moral cases following the HRM's five stages or "P-
AI-R-E-D" in doing the HRM moral evaluation process. Do an ethical talk on the individuals'
human "nature" and how it will influence his relationships with others in the home and the
community. Following the HRM moral steps, it discusses the person's background.
