other things and matters in respect of the said Room Premises and
constrained to execute this General Power of Attorney irrevocably
KNOW ALL YE BY THESE PRESENTS I, do hereby Appoint Nominate,
Constitute my lawful attorney to Purchaser herein Mr. Santosh Kautikrao
Bhivsane to be my TRUE AND LAWFUL ATTORNEY to me on my behalf or
in the name of my attorney in respect of the said Room Premises the
following acts, deeds, things that is to say:~
1, That Mr. Santosh Kautikrao Bhivsane is my legal representative
and constituted attorney shall be lawfully entitled to the said
property along with all rights all rights and titles to occupy and
enjoy all benefits there from without any interruptions from anyone
including my legal heirs assigns, etc., who shall have no rights or
claims over the said Room Premises as it is transferred for
consideration
2. To obtain all and necessary documents and to complete the
formalities by compelling the rules and regulations & norms of the
BMC proposed Co ~ op Housing Soc., Bombay housing and Arca
Development Board ( B. H, & A. D.) (MHADA) M. M. R. D. A., MUTP-
I SRA on their name or any other person or persons in the books
and records of BMC proposed Co ~ Op HSG. Soc., Bombay Housing
and Area Development Board, SRA Government of Maharashtra and
or any other concerned authorities as and when they may choose fit
and proper
3. To take the possession of the said premises from me and enjoy the
same as legal sole owner without interruptions from anyone
including my wife/ husband, children, relatives ctc., if any, as my
attorney in my name and on my behalf
4, To appear and represent me before all the concerned authoritics,
such as BMC/ Tahsildar (Ench) / salt Commissioner / Revenue

proceedings, disputes, litigation’s or any such matters and to refer
the same before the authorities on my behalf in respect of the said
Room Premises.
15. To appear before the collector and census authority in respect
or receiving the new photo passbook and to pay the rent accordingly.
My attorney is also authorize to do all the necessary acts, things,
matters, before the census officers and authority as well as issuing
the new photo pass authority
16. To represent me before any proposed Co ~ operative Housing
Society/ Company/ Promoter/ Builder/ Developers and vote for
clecting the office bearers or send a proxy to them on behall.
And Generally to do all acts, things, matters, deeds etc. in respect of said
Room Premises as fully and effectively -in all respects as my said attorney
may deem fit and proper and I could do personally, if | was present and I
do hereby agree to Ratify and Confirm all and whatsoever acts, that my
attorney shall lawfully do or so cause to be done by virtue of these
