 The second correlation that we studied is that the respondent’s gender and the employment
preference with respect to their Locus of control.
 Here we can clearly see that males have scored more than the female respondent with
respect to their control over the life decision.
 Whereas, the females opted to choose a fixed salary over an irregular higher revenue from a
business.
