1. Competition in this the industry: is HIGH

 There are 4 big players who control over 59% of the market.

 And there too many small players.

 Competition is regulated by government .

2. Threats of new entrants into the industry: is LOW

 There are many barriers to enter into the indian wine industry than
the Indian beer industry.

 And to become a big player, huge capital is needed.

3. Power of suppliers: is HIGH

 becuz our main raw material is indigenous AND the suppliers are
limited and they have a sole control over the price.

4. Power of customers: is HIGH

 Buyers have wide range of choice.

 And Cost of switching is low becuz they find many options at the
same place.

5. Threat of substitute products: is HIGH

 There are many substitutes and with very low switching cost.

BCG MATRIX:

as ours is a new product to the market ,

and we have planned to place the 2 products in different categories

 1st the cheaper one as a stars which would have hgh market
share and high growth
 2nd the costly extra fresh one as question mark with low market
share and high growth perspective, becuz HIGH END wine
