be inherited by Mr. Arup Mullick son of tarun mullick in the future.

Competitors:

 The travel and accessories luggage market in India is a highly competitive market. The
market comprises of both local and international players. There are quite a number of
players competiting each other in various segments like luxury, mid-range and low end.
 Filtering down to the exact competition for club taking price range as considerations, well
established brands like safari, VIP, Hidesign, and titan Fastrack had been into existence for
more than two decades and brands like Wildcard are new.
 The main focus of the consumer demographics in changing and there is an increase in the
interest of style and fashion. Aesthetics rather than functionality.

 Club have partnered with many offline retailers and have recently ventured into online
retail with flipkart , amazon, eBay, Snapdeal, and paytm.
 Where their main source of sales is generated throught their offline generic retail partners.

Consumer:

 Clubb has a verity of customers, both national and international , business and individual
customers.
 Business customers buy clubb’s products as business gifts lured by the designs and quality.
 Clubb’s individual customer groups are quoted as loyal customers and they are from
middle class Indians in Indian urban metro cities. Mainly, those who look for quality
products at a decent price range.
 And after Arup initiative in 2012, updating the design language of their product line, there
has been a slight shift in Clubb’s consumer base. By changing the design language
appropriate for the era. Clubb have gained attraction from the people of a younger age
group.
