I am writing this to report the action of Mr. Edwin Lapuz last October 23, 2021. The said
employee told me that he will come to work at 11:00 P.M. because he will be attending the
birthday celebration of his child. I initially advised him to just let his partner handle the event
for his child and come to work because there will be core repair and plywood repair to be done
or if he insists to be present in his child’s party, he better just be absent for work because
coming late would be just useless. Despite my advice, he still came to work at 2:00 A.M. which
is a very inconvenient time to come to work just so that he supposedly will not be marked
absent. I deem this action as very unprofessional. I warned him that he would be given a memo
for his action but he just shrugged me off and even provoked me to do so.
I hope this report will be given notice and action.
