6.2. Document Management.


All documents have backup copies for each member, copies of
documents are always kept confidential and are only made available to
important partners. Members must always have a commitment to keep
confidential and protect documents. In the event that documents are
requested to be shared, some things will be shared, while all important
data will remain confidential. Related documents are numbered and
stored in multiple formats to ensure they are never completely lost.
6.3. Source Code Management.
The source code will always have to be kept confidential only to
those outside of the project and must be directly involved in the
development of the code. It is strictly forbidden to publish to the outside
in any form without approval and permission from the manager.
