WHAT IS NEW TO ME
There are two ways to make a
decision. The first is the
consensus style, ie when
everyone agrees, has the same
opinion, a decision will be made.
The second is personal style, that
is, respecting and agreeing with
each individual's opinion, not
having to follow the majority.
This style is also commonly used
by Indians, Chinese and Russians
to make their own decisions and
is also followed by others.

Because of different cultures, the
way to make decisions is also not
the same, so it will easily lead to
silly, unexpected things happening.
So to avoid that before we make a
decision, let's stop and think about
that a lot of good can be achieved.
