The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses RAMs

That on about the 2nd day of February 2015, in Pasay City, Metro Manila,
Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named
accused, with intent to gain, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously take, steal and carry away one (1) unit Mountain Bike worth Three
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 3,500.00), belonging to s y Zuasola, without
its knowledge and consent and to its damage and prejudice in the total amount of
Php 3,500.00.
