SUMMARY OF EXPERIRNCE IN THE FIELD OF PLANT MAINTENANCE
➢ Independently perform routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and
troubleshooting of electrical equipment without any supervision and in full compliance
with safety rules and regulations.
➢ Develop work plans for maintenance jobs with necessary information to allow efficient
scheduling and execution of maintenance work.
➢ Maintaining all the necessary spare parts in the stock and prepare the list of spare parts
needed & ensure parts availability before maintenance activities.

of engine oil, Oil filter, Diesel filter, Air filter, Gravity check of battery and electrolyte
adding as per required tighten of battery connection, Cleaning of engine radiator and
coolant adding as per required in radiator, Servicing of lube oil pump if necessary,
checking of leakage and hosepipe, Cleaning of engine and alternator etc.
➢ carry out preventive maintenance of AMF panel linked to generator set, Cleaning of panel
tighten of all power and control terminal, servicing of ACB / VCB.
➢ Maintenance and troubleshooting of the Boiler control panel, Air and Gas Compressor
control panel, pneumatic and hydraulic system control panel and others Machine control
panel, etc.
➢ Operation, maintenance and trouble shootings of the H.V, M.V and L.V switchgears, MCC,
PCC EMCC, ELDB, MLDB, APFC, EOT CRANE / OVERHEAD CRANE.
➢ Maintenance of UPS system, Battery banks, VFD, PLC, DCS, SCADA, Marshaling cabinets
and relay-based control panels.
➢ Operating of the electrical test equipment such as High Voltage Tester, Cable Fault

prepare the shop drawing and resolve all the technical issues.
