THE HERITAGE RESORT

INTRODUCTION

To design Beach Resort which demonstrates the culture and heritage of India. To
provide a pollution free ,cool, peaceful environment.

To design a cool spaces which gives them a sense of enclosure and belongingness
to the resort and make them feel comfortable.

OBJECTIVES
Provide a recreational environment for varieties of facilities and functions.

Comfortable design which portrays an environment of leisure and promotes

interaction with nature.

Respond to climatic and energy consumption issues raised by present day

architecture through sustainable design.

Designing with the suitable perspective to the surrounding environment and

without the environmental disadvantages.

Cost effective and functional design.

Encourage use of local practice ,materials ,art ,craft, architecture ,food.

To create an interactive platform for locals and visitors so that there may be of
ideas and cultural demonstrstion .

SCOPE:
The scope of the project topic are the gallery and workshop ,resorts with recreation
facilities .
To develop an effective spaces.

For tourism it will function as a luxurious resort which provides all the facilities
within its boundary so as to make their stay pleasing and exotic.

The Heritage Resort is an exciting cross cultural living spaces , arts of South India .

The main mission is to exhibit, promote and preserve aspects of the broader,more
inclusive cultures of the states and to bring these arts to the public in a
participative, enjoyable and engaging way.

The Heritage resort has a collection of 18 authentic historical houses with their
special features
