Take up any organisation and identify the external resources it needs to procure for its
operations.
You can either use the example of your organisation or another organisation. In case, it is
another organisation, you can search the Internet for information.
Instead of individual items, use categories for sake of brevity. For example: Office
Stationery instead of pens, staplers, paper, notebooks and pins. Ignore machinery,
buildings for expansion, new factories and so on.
