1. What is a service? (5pts)


- Service is where you provide comfort , give or help someone.
providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and
making sure their needs are met in a manner that reflects
positively on the company or business.

2. Is it possible for an economy to be based entirely on services? Why or why


not? (5pts)
- Yes, in my opinion the more services that are produce the more
jobs and occupations are also increasing which can provide
opportunities to people who are seeking decent jobs.

3. What do you think is the value of service in an economy? (5pts)


- It is very important, as I mentioned earlier, the more opportunities
can cause more contributions significantly in domestic and global
economy.

4. In your own opinion what are the roles of employees, customers and
marketing in the service innovation process? (10pts)
- Employees serve customers, which is also a big help in society,
costumers consume which can also gives a higher demand and
supplies, marketing works in the end of the innovation process to
explore market potentials and customer needs, gets feedback from
the customer.
