Job Title: Coop Operations Officer (COO) - Agua de Pablo Water Refilling Station
Salary Grade: 3
II. Job Summary
Takes charge of the overall operations of the water refilling business of SPUD Multipurpose Cooperative.
III. Job Scope
Key Result Areas Duties and Responsibilities %
Memo/Reports 1. Oversees the overall business operations of the water refilling 20%
business of the cooperation and shall ensure its sustainability.
Marketing Plan/Collaterals 2. Develop marketing collaterals necessary for the conduct of 15%
marketing activities based on the duly approved Marketing Plan by
the Board of Directors and shall conduct marketing activities to
promote the products of the Water Refilling Station and establish
loyalty among its clientele.
Database of 3. Facilitates the orders of the customers and ensure efficient and 5%
Customers/Marketing prompt delivery of the same. Likewise, monitors delivery routes of
Information System driver.
Daily Cash Receipts and 4. Takes charge of the daily sales of the business and ensures 10%
Disbursements Report depositing the same based on the duly approved coop policies.
Likewise, prepares the Daily Cash Receipts and Disbursements Report
for review by the Coop Manager including the disbursements of
petty cash expenses.
Performance 5. Renders regular report to the Board of Directors thru attendance 3%
Scorecards/Monthly Targets vs to board meetings and other cooperative affairs.
Actual Accomplishments
Agua de Pablo Annual 6. Prepares and executes the annual budget of the water refilling 3%
Budget/Monthly Utilization business as well as monitors its execution vis-a-vis the programmed
Report targets for a specific period.
Minutes of Monthly Staff 7. Supervises all other personnel of the Water Refilling Station and 10%
Meeting conducts monthly staff meeting in order to cascade vital information
and instruction from the top management.
Lab Results and other 8. Ensures compliance to DOH requirements and other regulatory 3%
regulatory requirements bodies and processes the annual business permit of the station in
accomplished coordination with the Coop Operations Officer of the lending
operations unit.
Annual Inventory Report 9. Monitors the inventory of supplies needed to maintain the 5%
operations of the business unit and orders the needed supplies from
time to time from reliable suppliers.
Approved Overtime Schedules 10. Prepares the overtime schedules of personnel for approval by the 5%
Coop Manager.
Monthly Payroll of Personnel 11. Prepares the monthly payroll of all the personnel of the business 8%
unit for review and approval by the Coop Manager. Likewise, deducts
any cash advances and loan repayment of personnel for payment to
lending operations based on the billing statement prepared by the
coop lending unit.
Attendance Certificate 12. Represents in any external meeting involving the business unit 2%
operations.
Logbook 13. Assists the production unit staff during the production stage in 5%
order to meet customer orders.
Preventive Maintenance & 14. Assumes all property accountabilities of the business unit, thus, 4%
Backwashing Logbooks ensures compliance to preventive maintenance and backwash
schedules so as to preserve the life span of the machines.
Designation Memo 15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. 2%

Education Preferably with bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing,

JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Job Identification
Job Title: Coop Production In-charge
Salary Grade: 2
II. Job Summary
Takes charge of the overall production of the water refilling station based on the production quota provided by
the management in order to meet the customers demand and business unit monthly sales target and shall
ensure that the station’s production equipment are operational by following the preventive maintenance and
backwashing schedules.
III. Job Scope
Key Result Areas Duties and Responsibilities %
Production Schedules and 1. Assists the Coop Operations Officer on the day-to-day operation 10%

Daily Production Area Cleanliness 2. Maintains the cleanliness of the production area and the 10%
Monitoring Sheet equipment following certain DOH standards and coop policies on
sanitation and safety.
Feedback Mechanism Report 3. Takes charge of cleaning and refilling water containers and shall 40%
ensure efficiency to meet daily production quota.
Backwashing Monitoring Sheet 4. Performs backwashing procedures of the equipment based on 10%
the set schedules.
Water Filters Replacement 5. Takes charge of replacing periodically water filters and shall 10%
Monitoring Sheet/Salt Refilling monitor the appropriate salt level and refills the same.

Acknowledgement 6. Accepts customer payment during onsite refills when the Coop 10%
Receipt/Deposit Slip OPerations Specialist is not around or on leave and remits the
same to him before the cut-off period as prescribed by the Board
of Directors from time to time. However, takes charge of
depositing the sales for the day in case of the leave of absence of
the Coop Operations Officer.
Designation Memo 7. Serves as alternate delivery driver from time time depending on 5%
the situation as assigned by the Coop Operations Specialist.

Salary Grade: 2
II. Job Summary
Takes charge of all the delivery services of the water refilling station and maintains the condition of the service
delivery vehicle(s) of the cooperative.
III. Job Scope
Key Result Areas Duties and Responsibilities %
Delivery Driver Daily Log 1. Performs the delivery of customer orders based on the duly 35%
approved delivery routes and time schedules.
Delivery 2. Accepts customer payments during deliveries, issues 35%
Receipt/Acknowledgement corresponding delivery receipts and remits the same to the Coop
Receipt Operations Officer
Feedback Mechanism Report 3. Asks for customer feedback on the provided services and shall 5%
escalate the same to the Coop Marketing Officer for the resolution
of clients’ complaints
Motor Vehicle Daily Preventive 4. Performs daily preventive maintenance of the motor vehicle (i.e. 10%
Maintenance Monitoring Log body cleaning, oil and water checking, brake fluid, etc)
Sales Report 5. Performs marketing activities as needed to increase the number 5%
of customers who will patronize the product(s) of Agua de Pablo.
