25 November, 2021 STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR EXAMINEES AT EXAMINATION CENTERS 1. Entry of examinees Entry to examination hall will be started an hour before the start time of examination. Please reach the ‘examination at the earliest to avoid hassle in the eleventh hour. * Examination center would be sanitized one hour before the commencement of every examination, * Noone will be allowed to enter the examination centre without wearing the face mask * Please observe discipline while entering the examination centre and wait for your turn in the queue maintaining the social distance. Thermal scanning of all examinees will be made at the time of entrance. + Those examinees whose temperature is found more than 37.2 degrees Celsius will be politely moved out of the queue. Such examinees will be required to leave the examination center as per guidelines of the government and WHO, + Examines will be required to show their admit cards at the entrance. «© Allexaminees will be required to sanitize their hands while entering the examination center. © Examines will not be allowed to bring any other thing with them except necessary stationery required to write their examination. ‘Assembling in groups anywhere inside the examination center will be strictly prohibited. Examines will be required to go to their respective examination hall once they enter the examination center. 2. During examination # Standing alongside seat of any other examinee before the start of paper or after the completion of paper is strictly prohibited. © Sanitizers would be available and the students may use them whenever required. ‘+ Allexaminees must wash their hands with soap if they go to the washroom. ‘+ They must sanitize their hands whenever they enter into examination hall. + The examinees should cover thelr nose with their elbow if they sneeze. ‘© Face mask must be properly disposed of in the dustbin ift gets wet. A fresh mask would be available and provided by the invigilation staff near you. ‘© Any examinee found sneezing or coughing frequently would be asked to leave the examination hall ‘© Noone will be allowed to leave the examination hall during last 15 minutes of the paper, 3. After examination ‘+ Examines will be required to remain seated at their places after completion of examination time even after collection of answer script by the invigilation staff. ‘+ Examines will be allowed to leave their place one by one. * Use of mobile phones or any kind of discussion while waiting to receive leaving instructions shall be strictly prohibited. + The examinees must not stand in groups outside the examination center and must leave for their homes/desired destinations immediately. "ADVISORY FOR PARENTS * There will be no seating arrangement for parents/guardian inside the examination centre. ‘+ Parents/guardians are requested to please leave the centre immediately after dropping their children. + Parents/guardians are requested to observe discipline while they come to receive their children after the paper. HE INSTITUTE, RTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF PAKISTAN Instructions for the Examinees 01 The Examinations will be conducted strictly in accordance with the announced schedule. Examinees must ensure that they are aware ofthe correct date, timing and venue of their Examination Centre. 02 Examinees must carry their Admit Cards which must be produced when demanded by the Invigiators. 03° Entry into the Examination Hall would be permitted 60 minutes prior to the commencement of the examination. Entry in the Examination Hall after 30 minutes of commencement of the examination would not be allowed. However, no extra time would be given to the late coming examinees. 04. No examinee would be allowed to leave the Examination Hall within one hour of commencement of the examination. Examinees who opt to leave the Examination Hall within two hours of commencement of the examination must hand over their Question Papers to the invigilators. In case of ‘Writing Skill Test’, no examinee would be allowed to leave the Examination Hall within 30 minutes of commencement of the examination. 05 Examines who have handed over their Answer Script to the invigilators would not be permitted to re-enter the Examination Hall under any circumstances, whatsoever. 06 Examines must sign the Attendance Sheet available with the Invigilators. Failure to sign the Attendance Sheet would render the Answer Script void. 07 Examinees must write their Names, CRN and the subject, and place their signatures only on the designated area at the front page of the ‘Answer Script. Disclosure of the examinee’s identity (Name, CRN, Address, Telephone No. or any other uncalled for remarks or ‘messages) at any other place in the Answer Script would lead to the disqualification of the examinee. In questions pertaining to writing, of letters, memos, reports, ete aliases such as ABC, PQR and XYZ etc. should only be used. Examinees mast ensure strict compliance with these instructions. The examinees should also keep in mind that any cutting or erasure on any part ofthe Answer Script other than the front page, does not need to be authenticated by their signature as this would reveal their identity. 08 Examinees are required to sign on the Attendance Sheet each time they receive a supplementary Answer Script. They are also required to write their CRN and place their signatures on the designated area at the front page of the supplementary Answer Script. y-09 Any examinee found using unfair means would be expelled from the examination immediately, In addition, the Examination Committee may impose any other penalties as it may consider appropriate. Any examinee found in possession of the above in the Examination Hall is liable for strict disciplinarily action for violation of examination regulations. 13 The examinees shall not be allowed to carry mobile phone, smart watch tablet, pager etc in the Examination Hall 14 Examinees should not leave the Examination Hall and must remain seated at their respective seats during the last fifteen minutes of the examination and till all the answer scripts have been collected by the invigilators, after the examination. the event of any differences with the invigilator, the examinee should seek the intervention of the Centre Supervisor immediately. \inees may submit their feedback on examination question papers, examination facilities and/or any other matter relating to the ihations, on Feedback Form available with the Centre Supervisor.
