MAXIFLOOR® MFC 100 WB CONCRETE CLEANER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAXIFLOOR® MFC 100 WB concrete cleaner is a one component acidic solution that is formulated as
pretreatment for the floors. This product is effective to clean the floor surface from contaminants such as : oil,
grease, mud, laitance, etc. MAXIFLOOR® MFC 100 WB concrete cleaner also etches the floor surface like
concrete floor and floor hardener so that it makes the floor surface ready for penetration of the subsequent
coatings.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
This product is formulated to be applied to new or freshly rusted steel. Apply the liquid evenly over the surface
ensuring that the entire area is treated. The red rust should quickly darken showing that the reaction has
started. If rust is still there, apply more solution to the retreated areas. When the surface is completely black,
allow a further 15 minutes to ensure the reaction is complete. Wash overall with freshwater to thoroughly clean
the surface and allow to dry prior to subsequent painting.

APPLICATION CONDITION
This product contains acid so that :
• During application the minimum temprature is 5° C
• MAXIFLOOR® MCC 100 WB must be thoroughly washed from the substrate prior to subsequent painting.
• Avoid contac with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust masks
and gloves. Use barrier cream.
• Provide adequate ventilation during application. Do not breathe vapour or spray.

Notes (First Aid) :


• Eyes In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with water immediately and obtain
medical advices.
• Skin Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved industrial cleaner. Do not use
solvent or thinners.
• Inhalation Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
