THE HOSPITAL IS IN CODE YELLOW
ALERT" (Announce 3 times slowly and clearly).
3. Announce "Code Green Alert" for a disaster
only on the direction of the Head of ER /
Deputized.
4. Controls overhead paging to be limited
exclusively to the disaster purposes
PHYSIOTHERAPIST:
1. Initiates the Physiotherapy Calling Cascade.
2. Assist in OPD to manage the public with OPD
Charge Nurse and PRD
HOSPITALITY SERVICES DIERCTOR
DEPUTIZED:
1. Initiates the Hospitality Services Department
Calling Cascade
2. Allocates extra staff to ER to assist with
cleaning and patient's transfers
3. A housekeeper will be present per ward I until
the disaster status cleared
4. Ensures that the Kitchen will continue to
prepare meals for in-patient areas
5. Reports the status of kitchen and
housekeeping services to ICC.

RECEPTIONIST ON DUTY:
1. Initiates the Receptionist Calling Cascade.
2. Reports to the ER Head Nurse / Deputized.
3. Will go with the 1st ambulance to the disaster
scene.
4. Document all the data gathered from the field.
5. Submit all the collected data to the MRD
Supervisor/Deputized
CSSD MANAGER / DEPUTIZED:
1. Will be called by DON.
2. Reports to the DON and collect key to the
CSSD.
3. Prepares machines to sterilize emergency
instruments and linens as required.
4. Remains in the CSSD until the disaster is
declared over and until permitted by the DON
/ SAFETY OFFICER
1.Informed by SAFETY MANAGER.
2.Liaise with SECURITY HEAD and ER.
SAFETY MANAGER
1- Report to the ER.
2- Liaise with FMS, SECURITY HEAD.
SOCIAL WORKER
1.Assist in OPD to manage the public in
evacuation plan.
2.Ensure of patient’s are safe and not panic.
