As stated in Memorandum No. 33, s. 2021 and Division Memorandum No. 396, s. 2021, the designation for BKD Program Coordinators is only applicable to all junior and senior high schools, 4. __ The general objective of the BKD Program is to promote people empowerment in leading a healthy lifestyle that is drug-free and productive. Specifically, it aims to: a, Establish a BKD movement; b. Train the people in advocating a healthy and productive drug-free lifestyle; c. The BKD Coordinators will have the following roles and responsibilities: a. Provide/conduct training or seminars on the prevention and control of dangerous drugs among learners; b.
