Refer & Earn Program
Overview
The NHA Employee Referral Program, Refer & Earn, is designed to award employees for
referring friends and family to NHA for employment oppurtunities. The goal of the program is to
incentivize employees to make connections and help NHA find candidates who share the same
passion as NHA to impact the lives of the students we serve.
Program Details
Referral bonus amounts (Subject to the following positions only)
- Teachers or social workers..
- Paraprofessionals.
- Deans or Principals..
- Service Cente!
All other hired referrals (school support and substitute teaching positions) will earn you $100 in
High Five Points.
Note
Incentive and rewards for job positions are subject to change. Please watch for referral email
campaigns throughout the year.
Bonus Payout
The referral bonus will be paid out to the employee after the referral has completed 90 days of
employment. The employee and referral must still be employeed at the time of the payout. Bonus
payout amount is based on the position to which the referral was hired.
Eligibility
All NHA employees are eligible. The employee has ownership of the referral for 12 months.
Employees must submit the referral through Oracle to receive credit
Definitions
Referral: Individual/candidate who has been referred for a job with NHA and is not a current
employee.
Employee: All NHA employees. This excludes the Talent Acquisition team, contractors, interns,
and temporary employees.
Ways to make a referral
Direct: Complete the referral for a specific job and specific candidate.
General Referral: You can refer your candidate for general consideration.
‘Social Media: Post the job link on your social media platforms.
Email/Text: Share the link to your contacts via email or text message.
