Identify the current competency of a trainee

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Using a filled out self-assessment checklist, you must

be able to determine the current competency of the
trainee and identify his/her competencies to be obtained.

PROCEDURES
1. Download the sample achievement chart of a
trainee.
2. Using the template for comparing competencies,
identify the current competencies of the trainees. In
the same template, list down the required units of
competency.
3. Determine the training gap/ requirements by
identifying the required units of competency where the
trainee is not yet competent.
