Executive summary

Project management mainly considers a plan that is important for delivering the value

to the customer. Social media is an important tool for every business these days. The

company is mainly focused on providing the satisfaction to their potential customers by

developing the sustainable products. There are mainly four steps in the project management

are identified like planning, build up implementation and close out. This is important for the

business because this is mainly used to increase awareness, build trust, and increase customer

loyalty in the international market.

Part 1: Introduction

Project management mainly considers the plan that mainly uses specific knowledge,

skills, techniques, tools to deliver the value to the customers. There is a need for an effective

management team to handle a team. There is a need for development of the software for

maintaining the business. In recent days, social media is an important tool for every

organization to promote their business. There are mainly five principles of project

management that are identified like risk management, establishment of the business baseline

and so on. The company Hat circle is mainly focused on selling the fashion products like hats

and sunscreen for their potential customers. The company is mainly focused on social media

marketing for promotion of their products.

Brand development is an important strategy that is mainly used to create unique names and

the logos of the products that mainly differentiates the products from others in the

international market. This is important for the business because this is mainly used to

increase awareness, build trust, and increase customer loyalty in the international market.

Part 2: Individual project management plan in Gantt chart

Project management of the Hat circle mainly includes the risk analysis, competitor

analysis, setting a clear goal, establishment of the performance baseline, setting up a clear

goal and so on. Therefore, the process of the project management of Hat circle is mainly

divided in the four phases like planning, build up implementation, and close out.

Step 1: Identification of the goal of the project

This mainly involves the development of an action plan. Action plan is smiley used to

provide the guidance and the motivation to the employees. As per the ideas of Tate et al.

(2021) goal setting it mainly considers the work motivation concept that mainly provides a

better understanding of the importance of the goal setting in case of performance

management. The leader of the Hat circle is mainly focused on selling the hats and other

outfits for their customers. They are mainly focused on manufacturing the hats according to

the face shape of the customers. Hat circle is also targeted to manufacture sustainable fashion

products to save the earth and gain customers in the international market.

Identification of the stakeholders are important in the project management plan. Hat

circle mainly identifies who are the potential customers for their business. They are mainly

focused on targeting the customers. As per the views of Lessmann et al. (2021) customer

targeting is important for gaining profit in the international market. This is also important for

increasing brand awareness of Hat circle and builds the brand loyalty in the international

market. Research and homework is necessary for the development of the business plan. Hat

circle conducted approximately 15 surveys in all over the UK to know about the customers

need s about the fashion products especially about hat, face cover, sunscreen and so on.

Hat circle is mainly identified as after the pandemic situation most of the people are

mainly focused on the facemask and hats. The company mainly identifies most of the

younger generation in the UK between 18-32 are more interested in fashion brands. They find

that due to the pandemic situation masks and the gloves are mainly gain importance. The

company is also involved in the competitor analysis. As per the views of Honkanen, (2019)

this mainly helps to recognize the appropriate business strategy. Hat circle mainly uses this

for the determination of appropriate pricing strategy of their company. From the survey they

are mainly identified that there are several brands that already offer gloves, Scauirffs, and

face covers to the customers. Those are Fliippa, Lily of Sweden, Tiger of Sweden, Satila and

so on.

Team meetings are also important for the analysis of the business process. It is also

important for the decision making process of the Company. As per the ideas of Law, (2021)

each team member mainly plays an important role in the business process. The feedback from

the team members is important for taking an effective decision on behalf of the company.

Identification of the priorities are also important in the business. Before moving to the goal

setting, a company should have to focus on their top priorities. The top most priority of the

company is to provide customer satisfaction with their products. As opined by Shokouhyar et

al. (2020) this is mainly defined as the process that depicts how happy the customers are with

the product of the company.

Step 2: Map out of scope

This section mainly deals with the budget of the company. It is identified that the

company mainly invests approximately 20 million dollars for the production purposes. They

are also investing three million dollars for the R & D proposes. Hat circle is mainly focused

on the innovation process. They will bring some innovative people for the development of the

process and the products of the company. Innovation is important for a particular

organization for gaining sustainability in the international market (Lim et al. 2020). Through

the innovation and the process of R&D, they achieve a competitive advancement.

Step 3: Development of the Plan

This section mainly deals with the scope, budgets, deliverable schedules, and

stakeholders and so on. The company initially identified that they need more or less ten

engineers, twenty regional mangers An efficient HR team. They also planned to hire

approximately 30 designers for their company. They are mainly focused on investing

approximately 15 million dollars for the process of the company. Hat circle was planned for

hire near bout 1200 labor and the sales persian for their company The company was firstly

considered they will open approximately twenty stores in the different parts of the UK.

Step 4: sharing the initial idea with the team

Sharing ideas with the team members is important as it mainly increases employee

commitment in the organization. As per the ideas of Kelvin, & Odunayo, (2019) Employee

commitment is an important part of the organization to bring benefit to the organization.

Before finalizing the plan, the leaders must have to focus on sharing other aides with the team

members. This is important for maintaining building the employee morale in a particular

organization. The managers of the Hat circle mainly conducted a team meeting everyday to

collect the opinions of the employees.

Step 5: Finalize the plan

The company is mainly focused on creating appropriate plans for the organization.

Hat circles are not changing their initial plan but adding new criteria for their business. The

company is mainly focused on social media marketing strategy to gain customers in the

international market. As per the ideas of Wibowo et al. (2020), this mainly provides the

companies to engage with the existing customers. They will use the instagram hashtags,

facebook posts and create YouTube blogs. At last the company mainly uses the appropriate

planning for their business process for retaining the potential customers in the organization.

Part 3: Summary of research

The company Hat circle is mainly focused on carrying appropriate business plans for

the management of the employees. The company is also focused on the introduction of an

effective and efficient HR team for the organization to increase the organizational

performance and brings innovative people to the company. They mainly conduct several

suavely for finding the potential competitor for their company. The organization is also

focused on maintaining the team. The company Hat circle is mainly focused on providing

customer satisfaction for gaining the competitive advantage of the company. They are also

focused on gaining customers in the international market. Hat circle is also focused on

developing sustainable products in the international market. This is also important for

achieving the competitive advantage for the company.

Innovation is an important thing that is important for product development and

generates some new ideas to foster the business condition.

Part 4: conclusion and recommendation

Recommendation

● The company should have to introduce some effective management team for

increasing the performance of the employees.

● Hat circle should have to focus on establishing an effective management team for

hiring some talented employees towards the organization.

● The company must have to focus on the potential competitor of the company.

● They should have to create some effective management strategies for gaining profit in

the international market.

● Effective communication is an important topic in the business context. That is

important for maintaining the relationship between the employees and the leaders.

● Strategic management is also important for the company for fostering the business

performance and the perseverance of the employees.

Conclusion

The company Hat circle is mainly focused on providing different types of face covers

and the hats for their potential customers. This company is also focused on providing the

sustainable fashion products. There is a need for an effective management team to handle a

team. The company is mainly focused on social media marketing for promotion of their

products. Hat circle is also targeted to manufacture sustainable fashion products to save the

earth and gain customers in the international market. The priority of the company is to

provide customer satisfaction with their products.
