The applicant has proposed 5.50m wide service road for a length of 250m. As such the proposal necessitates relaxation. 2. As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry vide OM No.RW/NH-33023/19/99-DO-IIl dated 16.03.2016 (Annexure -II\), the relaxation application will be made available for public comments and the comments will be invited within 60 days from the day of uploading.
