2.0 DETAIL OF CHOSEN TOPIC

The main Objective of this Instituiton is to learn the methodology of design


and manufacturing leather goods and their technique to the Rural artisans.
A survey named called the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), shows
that even though the number of rural students attending schools is rising, but more
than half of the students in SSLC are unable to study HSLC and are not able to solve
simple mathematical problems. Not only this, the level of maths and reading is
further declining. The reason cited for this problem in surveys is the increasing
number of single classroom to educate students from more than one
grade.students have to go City to get Under graduate education Owing to this
parents usually do not send their Children’s to Academy, leading to a failure in
achieving rural education in India.

3.0 BRIEF INTRODUCTION

CENTRAL FOOTWEAR TRAINING INSTITUTE (CFTI),It is an autonomous


Institution with complete set of modern infrastructure.It conduct various Long
term,Short term and Part time in Footwear,Leather Goods and allied Subject.Its
premier courses are the Two year Diploma Course in “Footwear Design and
Production“ and 1year 6Month Post Graduate Higher Diploma course in Footwear
technology & Management.

4.0 AIM OF THE INSITUITE

To provide training and related inputs to develop and augment a class of


trained personal in Footwear Technology and Allied Industry in the country.

To develop human resources in footwear and allied Leather product by


introducing more advanced training method & courses to the students.

To expand the service network to the Industry.Further the service is needs


of the Footwear Industry in AMBUR,VANIYAMBADI,RANIPET & PERNAMBUT.

ESTABLISHMENT AND ROLE

Although the footwear manufacturing in this era had started centuries before
Indian Independence but the sector was not fully developed, as the basic
infrastructure was not available at that time.

Although, the skilled workforce was available in plenty in some parts of


the country, there was an acute shortage of managerial and supervisory staff

with technical qualifications. This was a severe problem and was acting as a
major hindrance in the development of the footwear industry in the country.To
overcome this problem, Government of India established "Central
Footwear Training Centre.

5.0 OBJECTIVES OF THE INSTITUTE


 To train personnel in maintenance of Footwear Machinery.
 To design and develop moulds and dies for the Footwear Industry.
 To introduce modern technology in footwear design.
 To assist and promote technology upgradation in Footwear Industry.
 To develop products and design with a view to secure advantages in export
production. To train Footwear Designers.
 To undertake testing and assessment of Footwear and its materials.
 To establish linkages with educational, research and development
institutions in India and abroad, and to collaborate with them in training,
research and development.
 To establish suitable Library and Resource Centre for trainees and industry.
 The primary objective of all the academic efforts is to build a strong
foundation with all necessary inputs for expanding the horizons of
knowledge & skill and their effective utilization for the growth of the
industry & trade.

6.0 SCOPE

To have a clarity about the Islam Religion and also providing a better Quality
learning place about Islam.
3.0 BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Islamic Cultural Centre have become the focus of Islam.This centre is not only
a place for worship but also as a Centre for Community Gathering,Resource Centre &
Council centreIt also act has an Information Centre for people who follow both religious
laws and Islamic Lifestyle.
4.0 EVOLUTION OF ISLAMIC CULTURAL CENTRE-

The Islamic Centre was first just a mosque and only a place of
workship.Earliest reference to an Islamic centre was Prophets Mosque in
Medina which served as a community centre,court land and Religious
school.Islamic Centre varied from region to region. The mosque was prime
and main facility in the Islamic centre and included community
centre,Guidance centre,Hospital,School,etc.over a period of time the
requirement varied across region,Culture and Architecture.

FUNCTION OF ISLAMIC CENTRE

COMMUNITY CENTRE
Islamic centre is an institution of community education to develop
intellectual,Physical,Social and Cultural Values of community.It is also a place
of various seminars of different aspects.

SOCIO-CULTURAL CENTRE
All social-cultural centre function like marriage parties and Eid reunion are
held here regularly.It also used for exhibition of Islamic heritage,Culture and
publication.

RESOURCES CENTRE
In community resource library is an essential part of every Isalmic
culture.Resources on all religion,Culture,Social issue are made available in
the necessary community language.
ADVICE CENTRE
Advice centre where information,Instruction and guidance Service on all
religious,culture and social issue like housing,unemployment,family
problem,etc are provided.

5.0 NEED FOR ISLAMIC CULTURAL CENTRE-

 To provide an Architectural setting where Muslims can perform the


prayers and to accommodate a wide spectrum of Educational and Cultural
activities such as Lecture,Seminars and ExhibItion.
 Providing facility to daily Workship by Muslims.
 To provide advisory service to solve education,cultural,Social problem of
community
 Providing a space to exhibit the message of Islam to the Public.
 To provide the Indian Community with a clear and better understanding
of Islam.
 To provide social and socio-religious service to the muslims community.

6.0 SCOPE

SCOPE OF STUDY

 The study will enable a clear understanding of the concept of Islamic studies
with Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), Divine laws (Shari’ah), Aqeedah (Islamic
Creed) and Principles of Islam and prove as to why it is indeed Secular and
religious based on the various case studies and researches.
SCOPE OF DESIGN
 Create an area of emphasis on Islamic architecture and urbanism.
 Central to Islamic architecture is its functionality with all of its dimensions --
corporeal, cerebral and spiritual.
 In terms of value and substance, the form always comes second to function
and its wide scope.
 Islamic architecture accepts no rigidity, formalism and literal symbolism,
especially in relation to its structural domains.
 It is the outward forms which change while the fundamental principles, the
basic values and the essential human nature together with man's basic
needs remain unchanged.
 To play the natural lightings into structure through open spaces.

People in Urban like and town areas especially busy all through
the weel and look for ways to refreshand rejuvenate themselves.
Resort are perfect place for such people who can happily spend
time with their families and also gataway for birthday parties and
theme parties.
My design would make sure every time people go to Nature
environment have adventure,relax,amidst secure feeling

3.0 BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Resort situated in hilly tourist place are termed as hill resort


living with nature so I called has Eco resort.
A place that is frequently visited for holidays or recreation or
for a particular purpose.
A resort is an isolated place,self-contained commercial
establishment that tries to provide most of a vacationer’s wants such
as Food,drink,lodging,sports,Entertainment and Shopping on the
premises.
The term resort may be used for hotel property that provides
an array of amenities.typically including entertainment and
recreational activities.
This resort will perform multiple function as it will have
Restaurants,Lodging suites,individual cottege,Health club and
recreation spaces like swimming pool,Indoor and outdoor activities.

5.0 OBJECTIVES

 The Architectural features cab benefitted into landscape by


trying enhance the serenity with the new landmark that
would retain as far as possible the same scale as it natural
surrounding
 To create an ecologically sound,balance community that will
preserve the existing values and traditions and reinforce the
natural qualities of the sites and its potentials.
