Utility, and tokenomics that bring longevity for years to come.

Lore:
Your mission as a Genin of the Shadow League is Rank up by training in The Mists. Shadow
League Ninja of Chunin and Jonin Rank are hired to perform different missions for Feudal Lords
throughout the lands. In return for our service, we are rewarded with $SHADOW token.
Once ranked up and joined with other Ninja, Team missions can be performed. We set up
Shadow Camps throughout the lands to acts as hubs to perform greater missions with your
team. As Ninja complete missions from their camps, they play a Shadow Game of Katana -
Chakra - Kunai to pass the time. You will grow and become more skilled, potentially finding a
ninja pet a long the way. Many opportunities await those who finds us in The Mists. Will you
find us and train to become a Legendary Ninja?

5% to after mint giveaways

10% to Community DAO fund. The DAO will be able to make choices on what to do with the

35-40% goes to fund LP. We believe in longevity for our staking.

40-45% Will go to develop Staking, Game, and paying the team.

Shadow League Ninja NFT's:

Your ninja will start as a Genin Ranked Ninja. The Goal is to rank up your ninja to increase how
many $SHADOW token you recieve daily. Staking will allow you to increase from Genin, to
Chunin, to Jonin Rank with a special role. Another Goal is to have 3 Ninja you rank up to Jonin
rank and each have a different role. Ex: 1 Assassin Jonin, 1 Escort Jonin, and 1 Seeker Jonin. You
can then go on a team mission with these 3 to earn a Shadow Camp which will earn you 2.5x
more for your 3 Jonin Ninja. See staking below.

Legendary Ninjas will be auctioned off and earn base 10 $SHADOW per day. They will go
through the same process as other Ninja and will earn 13, then 16.5 $SHADOW per day for
ranking up and 25 $SHADOW per day in Shadow Camps.

Staking:

Staking in The Mists earns you 5 $SHADOW token per day per Ninja. After 7 straight days of
training your ninja you may upgrade from a Genin to a Chunin for free, earning you 6.5
$SHADOW token and allowing you to stake in Special Missions.

Each Special Mission trains you in a different role and levels you up equally to Jonin rank. You
must spend 100 $SHADOW token and stake for 7 more days.(Not locked, but removing your
NFT will reset timer) After 7 days your Chunin may rank up to a Jonin earning 8 $SHADOW and
gaining an Assassin, Escort, or Seaker Role. (Depending on the Mission you Chose)

Once you own 3 Jonin Ninja of each type of Role you can now take on Team Missions. You pay

500 $SHADOW and Stake all 3 Ninjas for 7 Days. At the end of the 7 Days you may mint a
Shadow Camp. Your camp will be 1 of 4 Different Biomes. Forest, Mountains, Sand, and Water
Biomes. *Each Biome has a different Faction Flag which may be used for future utility *

Can stake up to 3 Jonin in the Shadow Camp at once and will earn 12.5 $SHADOW per day per
ninja.

Shadow Camp Supply: 500

You can change your Jonin Ninja's role by burning $100 SHADOW token and staking for 7 days in
Special Missions by choosing a new mission.

Shadow Game and Shadow Scrolls:

Shadow Game is a Rock - Paper - Scissor Style game, but ours will be Katana, Chakra, Kunai. This
game will be available to anyone not just holders.
Two users will join a room agreeing to pay .1 .3 .5 or 1 Sol. You will then battle it out, if tied, you
will continue until one user wins. Winner takes all format with a 5% fee.

Shadow scrolls will be mintable spending 200 $SHADOW and give you rev share of Game every
week. 10% Fee is taken from each game and is split: 5% is given to the Shadow Treasury and 5%
is paid out to the owners of Shadow Scrolls.
EX: 1000 Sol spent per week on game * 5% = 50 Sol / 250 Scroll NFT's = .2 Sol per week

Gen2 Ninja Pets:

Ninja pets is our Gen2 Collection and are minted at a % chance once you pay $SHADOW on a
any mission while staking. We will have a Cat, Dog, Frog, and Fox Pet with different traits and
rarities.

Any Jonin Ranked Ninja or Higher can pay 50, 125, 175, or 250 $SHADOW token to give you a
25% / 50% / 75% / 100% Chance and remain staked for 1, 2, 3, or 5 days respectively before
returning from your mission with a Gen2 Ninja Pet.

Ninja Pets will earn you extra $SHADOW token as you stake them to go on missions with you.
Ninja Pets will also be able to rank up as you train together to earn you increased $SHADOW
token. Default at Rank 1. Each rank up requires you to pay $SHADOW token and stake with your

Ninja for 3 days before ranking up.
Ranking Yield per Day:
Rank 1 = 3 $SHADOW per day (Default)
Rank 2 = 5 $SHADOW per day (pay 75 $SHADOW and stake 5 days)
Rank 3 = 8 $SHADOW per day pay 100 $SHADOW and stake 5 days)

Rentable Shadow Camps:

Owners of shadow camp will be able to rent out their Camps for a flat fee. Jonin Ranked Ninja
still required to stake in a Camp. The one renting will earn 12.5 $SHADOW per Ninja for 14, or
28 days by paying a 60% fee of lump some in $SHADOW to the Camp owner.
Ex: A Jonin ninja will earn 8 $SHADOW per day, but 12.5 per day in a camp. 4.5 $SHADOW per
day increase over 14 Days is 63 $SHADOW. The renter will pay a 65% fee = 40.95 $SHADOW
60%=37.8 to the Owner of the Camp up front and 5%=3.15 to us to be burned. The owner must
sacrifice one of their 3 spots to do this. They can still stake their Jonin Ninja for 8 $SHADOW and
earn the 37.8$SHADOW Upfront from the fee.

An owner can rent out up to 3 of their spots at once. Giving them a larger lump sum up front, at
the cost of less over the 14 or 28 Days.
