Dear Administrative team,

During my student teaching semester at Brigantine Community School, it came to my

attention that there were some openings for early childhood teachers in your district. I
am confident that my certifications make me a perfect fit for one of these opening
positions.

During my time being a part of the Stockton University education program, I had the
opportunity to work in three different school districts. During my full time student
teaching semester, I worked with Mrs. Amanda Romo using the co-teacher model.
While working in these classrooms, I was able to take on many responsibilities such as
creating lesson plans, taking over as the head teacher, and communicating with student
guardians to help each individual student succeed.

I am confident that I meet the needs of this new position. My experience in the field of
teaching has provided me with the key components every teacher needs in order to
help their students succeed. Having the opportunity to work with English Language
Learners granted me the experience to truly understand how to create a welcoming
environment for all learners regardless of their cultural background. Understanding my
students' needs and making personal connections with them is what I strive to do with
all of my students.

I am excited to work for a school district that values not only its teachers and staff, but
its students as well. I would love to set up a time to come in and discuss with you more
