Load bar for D-BP 55 / 110 rope In KBK applications, rope balancers are flexibly connected to trolleys using a load
balancer bar.
Straight travel The load bar is symmetrical and is supplied with an anchorage point for the power
Part. no. 984 685 44 supply on the left. An anchorage point on the opposite side is possible, if required.
The anchorage point is designed for hose bracket set 2 according to data sheet
214 575 44.
The load bar is suitable for connection to the following KBK trolleys
(Design: classic): KBK 100, KBK I, Aluline 120
KBK II-L, KBK II, Aluline 180

Washers are not required for the following trolleys: Load capacity: 230 kg
KBK 100, KBK I, Aluline 120 Weight: 1,85 kg
Coating: Load bar (KTL), paint finish in black
Galvanized pins and washers

The following values are applied for specifying the track and crane:
D-BP 55: K = 80 kg
D-BP 110: K = 160 kg (see catalogue 202 975 44)

The left anchorage point is selected for bracket assembly.
