AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT
I KHAMIYA A. ALAWI, WIDOW, JOBLESS, AND RESIDENT OF
PUROK ILANG-ILANG, BRGY IPIL, SURIGAO CITY, AFTER HAVING
BEEN DULY SWORN TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW DO HEREBY
DEPOSE AND SAYS:

That I am the wife of DOMINGO O. ALAWI, and resident of Purok Ilang-

Ilang, Brgy. Ipil, Surigao City who was killed by identified male person wearing
all black from long pants to sweat shirt and hat worn using unidentified caliber of
short firearm while having a drinking spree at the resident of our neighbor
identified as Eric John Gillo, together with Julito Juan wherein my husband
sustained one (1) gunshot wounds on his head which resulted to his untimely
death.

That prior to the said incident my family received death threats particularly
my husband who was very eager and supportive to my daughter Marities in her
undertaking against her husband Jonalito Narbay.

That on October 10, 2019, my daughter Marities Silvoza Narbay filed a

Bigamy, case against her husband Jonalito Arana Narbay, 29 years old, married,
member of Philippines Coast Guard and his second wife Lanie Besario Gales, 28
years old, public school teacher both residents of Brgy. Ipil, Surigao City.

That aside from text messages and cellular phone one William Aranas and
resident of Purok Kalipayan, Brgy. Ipil, Surigao City personally threatened my
husband in my presence to quote "Mag bantay-bantay kaw kay kuhaon kaw,
ajaw palabi" and that several times subject person was seen near our residence
until a fatal shooting incident transpired at around 8:40 o'oclock in the evening of
November 24, 2020, at the residence of our neighbor Eric John Gillo.

That I am executing this statement freely and voluntarily to support my

complaint against William Aranas.
